Edit an existing article.

Open drifty.so/admin and sign in with your approved Google account.

  1. Choose Blog and open an article. Each article appears once; use its language buttons to open an available version. Search matches either version, and language filters help find work in that language. An article contains language versions with the same slug (its URL name). The list starts with non-archived versions; use All states to include archived work. A Draft is editable immediately. For Published / Approved, choose Edit draft at the top of the editor.
  2. Use Write to edit the title, summary and article body. Select text and use the toolbar for headings, bold, italic, links, lists and tables. Article details, search appearance and writer assignment are in the settings panel, below the editor on smaller screens. Choose Save draft in the toolbar, which stays visible while you scroll. There is no autosave.
  3. An administrator can review the English version first and choose Approve for preview without waiting for Korean. Approval applies only to the selected version and does not publish it.
  4. Writers contact their assigning administrator outside the CMS; saving does not send a notification. Administrators arrange the Korean translation and review both language versions of the article. When both are approved, select the English revision and choose Publish revision. Wait until its status is Live, then publish the approved Korean revision. Each click queues only the saved revision shown in the editor. A later draft remains private.

Imported drafts keep the current public article live. Use View live article to compare. Saving, approving, or archiving does not publish changes or remove the public page. A queued or deploying job is not live; the content desk shows Live only after production verification succeeds.

Publish an approved revision.

For a blog article, finish the title, summary, body, SEO title, SEO description, publication date, reading time, and any image descriptions before approval. Pages use their visible section and SEO checks. Review the formatted Preview, save the final changes, and approve the exact language revision you intend to publish.

  1. Open the language version you reviewed. The publication panel says Approval required until that exact saved revision is approved. If it says Publishing paused, keep the revision approved and contact the site owner; the production runner is not enabled.
  2. Choose Publish revision once. The content desk creates an immutable job for the selected entry and revision. It follows the job through preparation, publishing, deployment and verification. If other site changes land first, the runner rebuilds this same approved revision against current production automatically. Do not treat Queued, Publishing, Deploying, or Verifying as a public result.
  3. Publishing can take several minutes while checks and deployment run. The browser pauses automatic status checks after 20 minutes, but publishing continues. Choose Check status for the latest result. If runner delivery was interrupted, choose Resume this job; it continues the same saved revision and does not publish a newer draft.
  4. Automatic status checks pause after about 20 minutes. The job keeps running. Choose Check status to continue checking. You can also return to the page in the same tab; the content desk remembers the latest job.
  5. Live means the exact revision passed production verification. For Failed, choose Retry this revision. The desk creates a new attempt from the failed job's frozen approved content, so newer draft changes stay private and are not included. For Owner action, choose Resume recovery once. If Owner action remains after the next status-check window, copy the job ID and contact the site owner before publishing anything else.

English must be verified Live before the matching Korean revision can be queued. Publication uses the approved revision snapshot even if someone later opens a newer draft. The newer draft, its text and its revision stay in the CMS for later review.

Start in English. Add Korean later.

Choose New draft to start an English article. Write and save it as usual. You do not need a Korean version to save or approve the English draft.

After saving, an administrator can use Add Korean version inside the article. This opens a blank translation draft with the same article slug. Write the Korean content, SEO and image descriptions, then save. Opening it alone does not create a saved version. Images uploaded to the English version are not copied into the Korean draft; use its own image library.

Use the language buttons to return to an existing version. Save changes before switching. Each version keeps its own state and revision history. The saved slug and language stay fixed; creating another article is separate from adding a translation.

If a version says Not loaded, the list may be incomplete. Ask the site owner to load the full collection before adding a translation.

English-first approval is supported. Publish and verify English first, then publish the reviewed Korean revision. An approved revision stays private until its own publication job reaches Live.

Pages

Choose Pages in the content desk. The supported English and Korean routes are /automatic-time-tracker-for-mac/, /ai-time-tracker/, and /private-time-tracker/. These pages are imported; this desk does not create new page URLs.

  1. Open the page once from the queue, then choose its English or Korean version. Language and route stay fixed. Missing page versions require an administrator import; the desk does not create unsupported page templates.
  2. Edit the visible sections. Save draft stores the change. There is no autosave, and Approve for preview does not publish the live page.
  3. When a template exposes Choose image / Replace image, uploads stay private until publication. Replacing a full-size automatic-tracker figure clears its previous mobile crop. Product-page SVG artwork remains part of the reviewed page skeleton.
  4. Preview is a structured content preview of headings, tables, figures and FAQs. The publication runner checks the final public layout and reports Live only after production verification.

Page SEO

In Pages → Write → SEO and sharing, edit the SEO title and description. The search appearance preview follows your unsaved text and shows the fixed page URL. Character counts help you edit; they are not a ranking score. The missing-field note also checks social titles, descriptions and the sharing image description.

This is an illustration, not a live Google result. Search engines can choose different text; see Google's snippet guidance. Review the social fields separately, then Save draft. Each version is reviewed, approved and published separately; publish English first.

If saving fails

If a save conflicts with a newer revision or your session expires, a Keep your unsaved draft panel appears. Download or copy it before reloading or signing in again. The copy includes page fields and image references. It stays only in the current tab and is not an automatic restore.

Roles and access

Writers can edit only their assigned drafts. Administrators create drafts, reopen approved articles, assign writers, and approve revisions. Archived versions are read-only. If you cannot sign in or see an assigned article, contact the site owner with the Google email you used. Creating drafts and approving revisions are administrator-only controls.

Article details

For an existing article, keep the original publication date. For a new article, choose the date you want shown publicly; it does not schedule publication. Estimate reading time in minutes after reviewing the finished article. Both values and the SEO title and description are needed before blog approval.

Images and sharing

  1. Choose + Image. Use Site images to search the existing collection, or upload a JPG, PNG or WebP file. Save a new draft once before its first upload.
  2. Files up to 20 MB are resized to a maximum of 2000 pixels and optimized for the web. The optimized file must fit within 2 MB. Use a still image; animated files are not preserved.
  3. Add a short image description for accessibility and an optional caption, then choose Insert image. You can also drop a file into the editor.
  4. Select an image in the article to edit its description or caption, replace it, move it up or down, or remove it from the article. Removing an image from a draft does not delete its stored file.
  5. Use Sharing image in the settings panel for the image shown when the article is shared. This is separate from images inside the body.

Uploaded files stay private until the article is published. Replacing an image creates a separate file, so the current public article keeps its existing image. Uploads are listed under This article's uploads; writers can access uploads only for their currently assigned drafts.

Saving and formatting

Choose Save draft after editing or inserting an image. Uploading a file and opening Preview do not save the article. There is no autosave.

Preview shows the formatted body, images and tables using the same content rules as publication. The publication runner checks the final public-page layout before reporting Live. Markdown source remains available for advanced edits; normal writing does not require it.

Keep the Slug unchanged for an existing article. Publish the approved English revision first; after it is verified Live, publish the approved Korean revision with the same slug.
